I'm Kyle Stephens
With over a decade of progressive leadership experience, and nearly 20 years in the aviation industry, I’ve led airport and trucking operations, built high-performing teams, and developed frontline leaders who thrive under pressure. From managing unfamiliar operations to transforming underperforming stations, I’ve earned trust by staying visible, driving consistency, and putting people first. That approach helped our teams win top airline accolades and earn the Safest Base in the World award at my current station.
I started Level 5 Manager because too many new leaders are thrown into management without the tools or training to succeed. My mission is to change that. This platform exists to equip managers with real-world strategies, practical frameworks, and the confidence to lead with clarity, purpose, and impact, so you can create a culture of trust, drive performance, and build a team you’re proud of that'll impact lives.
